The Authority ("Authority") hereby solicits proposals from financial institutions (hereinafter referred to as "firms") in response to this Request For Proposals ("RFP") to provide credit facilities to support the Authority's variable rate debt. The Authority may select one or more firms to provide for all or portions of the Authority's credit facilities requirements.
