Credit Card Vendors
The Department will contract with vendor(s)to provide an online credit card payment option for Individual Income Tax.
The goal of the Department is to enter into a contract with vendor(s) to provide both an online and interactive voice response (IVR) option for the processing tax payments via credit card. Presently, the emphasis will be limited to the Individual Income Tax, but additional tax types could follow in the months, years to come. The ideal product model should provide the same or similar service for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), allowing for taxpayers who additionally may owe an income tax obligation the potential for a one stop shop in the processing of both the Federal and State payments.
