The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the States need for credit card services. It is the intent of the State to contract with a vendor that provides quality and cost-effective credit card processing services for multiple state agencies.
A principle objective of this RFP is to achieve optimal pricing solutions for payment acceptance by establishing pricing structures that take in to account the combined transaction and dollar volumes of many entities using a single vendor.
