The Maryland Department of Health, Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Control (the Center), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to create messaging and graphics to be used for video/social media, radio and/or print for a statewide campaign about healthy weight for women of childbearing age (18-44 years old), as well as to provide recommendations for placement and evaluation methods. The goal of the campaign is to maintain a healthy lifestyle in women 18-44 years old.
