OASAS is seeking proposals for the conduct of a multi-year evaluation study of New York States Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) State Incentive Grant (SIG), Prevention First-NY!, that was awarded to the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene (RFMH) at the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) by the Federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration/ Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (SAMHSA/ CSAP). The Statewide evaluation contractor will be hired through RFMH and will operate within RFMH guidelines for independent contractors in all aspects of the project to include purchasing, hiring and travel.
