Crane Rental with Operator- Granger
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District is soliciting for a requirement for Crane Rental with Operators at Granger Lake, Granger TX. This is a Competitive Small Business Set-Aside for a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The NAICS Code for this Solicitation is 238990.
Offers will be evaluated on Price and Past Performance by performing a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 to determine which response represents the "best" as a whole. The government reserves the right to make an award based on whether the lowest priced of the quotations/offers having the highest past performance rating possible represents the best value when compared to any lower priced quotation/offer.
