Course material shall include a Mobile Cranes handbook (by James Headley - Sixth Edition or later), a Rigging handbook (by James Headley - Fifteenth Edition or later), a Rigger's Capacity Card, and a Hand Signal card for all personnel being trained. The courses shall also provide an on-hand usage and operation of the Grove Industrial Crane. Both of these courses shall be provided within the same week to all personnel attending the training.
