Crack Seal Program
The purpose of the project is to crack seal three hundred and fifty eight (358) city streets. The work consists of applying crack sealant to the existing pavement, and such other work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in the Bid Submittal Documents.
