1. GENERAL: This is a ******** ******** to Operate and ******** Water Quality for Potable Water Systems and the Waste Water Treatment at Lake ********** The Government shall not ******** any or control over the ******** service ********** the ******** herein. Such ******** service shall be accountable solely to the ********or who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

1.1 Description of ********/Introduction: The ********or shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, , and other items and non-personal ******** necessary to perform operation and maintenance of potable water quality and the waste water treatment plant at Lake Mendocino as defined in this Performance Work Statement and Appendix A except for those items specified as government furnished property and ********. The ********or shall perform to the standards in this ********.


1.2 Background: The Coyote Valley Dam/Lake Mendocino is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project located within the San Francisco District of USACE. This project is a 1,822 acre multipurpose lake in which flood control, fishing, water skiing, camping, hiking, etc. all take place. Lake Mendocino is approximately 5 miles north of Ukiah, CA.


1.3 Objectives: Operate and ******** Water Quality for Potable Water Systems and the Waste Water Treatment at Lake **********


1.4 Scope: Operation and Maintenance of Potable Water Systems, Water Quality and Water Treatment Plant.
******** include:
• Operate Potable Water Systems and Monitor and ******** Potable Water Quality as outlined by California Regional Quality Control Board, and Reporting Program No. 87-17.
• Operate and ******** Waste Water Treatment at Lake Mendocino as outlined by California Health and Safety Code.
• Emergency ******** as Needed during System Malfunction or Overload due to excessive usage.
********or must be able to respond within 1 hour of reported incident.
• See Appendix A for detailed description of the Scope, Tasks, and Standards for this ********.
The ********or shall accomplish Potable Water Quality and Waste Water Treatment Operation in accordance with all State and Federal laws.


1.5 Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows:
Base Year 04 October 2019 thru 03 October 2020
Option Year I 04 October 2020 thru 03 October 2021
Option Year II 04 October 2021 thru 03 October 2022
Option Year III 04 October 2022 thru 03 October 2023
Option Year IV 04 October 2023 thru 03 October 2024
