To obtain a copy, go to the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and you will be able to download the drawings. If there is specs and standards only, there will be a link to the Assist Homepage where you can obtain drawings. This will be available when the solicitation is issued. If a problem exists in getting the drawings or specs, you may call the Customer Service Desk at (804)279-3477. Please do not submit requests for the Technical Dat to the Contract Specialist. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to a award a Firm Fixed Price contract. No quantitiy option will be included. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this Request for Proposal (RFP) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Goverment in price and past performance considered. Note to Internet subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under the formal large procurement procedures.
