Courtyard
The Project consists of renovations to an existing courtyard and installing windows on the second floor that will overlook the existing courtyard. The courtyard scope of work includes some demolition of existing hardscape, replacing damaged glass panels in first floor existing storefront, installation of a synthetic turf panel, minor irrigation, lighting and landscape components, installation of a gas fire pit and repointing mortar in all brick walls throughout the courtyard area as necessary. The second floor window scope of work includes brick wall demolition and installation of a storefront window system to match existing windows recently installed on the first floor.
