The City of Fredericksburg, Virginia, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Offerors to provide
architectural and engineering services for courthouse and courts facility planning and design, in
accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
The City strongly prefers proposals from firms with experience designing courthouses in downtown
historic settings. The RFP and related documents may be obtained during normal business hours from
