Court Reporting and Transcription Services
The Department has an Administrative Hearings Unit (AHU), which is responsible for providing clients with administrative hearings that allow for appeals in cases involving issues such as abuse and neglect, service appeals, licensing, level of care, payment and excess revenue. These administrative hearings require the use of court reporting and transcription services, so we can provide transcriptions for the legal record.
