Court Reporting Services
EEOC Hearing in Waco, Texas
Part 1: General
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: This requirement will include the delivery of court reporting services to the Health Resource Center (HRC) at an EEOC Hearing in Waco, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for producing a paper copy or cd of the original transcript and two (2) additional paper copies or cd's of the transcript. The contractor will also be responsible for shipping the original paper copy or cd to the EEOC Administrative Judge, one (1) paper copy or cd to the agency's attorney, and one (1) paper copy or cd to the complainant.
2. DATE/LOCATION: The Hearing is scheduled to take place August 11, 2014, and August 12, 2014. The Hearing is anticipated to last 8 hours on both days. The Hearing will take place in Waco, Texas at HRC's Pharmacy Customer Care (PCC) contact center. The address for Waco PCC is:

Part 2: Security Considerations
The language from Appendix C, sections 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 should be included. Appendix C, section 4 will rarely be included. All or part of Appendix C, section 5 may also need to be included. Appendix C, section 7, should indicate $37.50 per affected individual. A Contractor Security Control Assessment (CSCA) from the vendor is to be provided to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 30 days of contract approval.
