Court Facilitator
The Court Facilitator will assist parties in Family Law matters to complete the processes necessary
to dismiss the dependency action.
Eligible clients: Parents, foster parents, or relatives of children currently in a dependency action at Juvenile Court
Approximately 150 caregivers will be referred to the Court Facilitator to complete a Non Parental
Custody Action, Dissolution and Parenting Plan, Modification or Paternity Action/Residential Schedule
which provides the child/ren with the necessary protections so that the dependency action can be
dismissed.
