1.Assist with the completion of a course audit to (a) evaluate if existing course
offerings reflect a clear pathway to graduation, college and career readiness, and a sustainable
staffing model, and (b) to develop a plan for addressing any shortcomings identified in the
evaluation. The course audit process will include the School Counselor, the Principal, and members of the Department Chairs group. requirements for graduation in the State of Delaware and best practices from other XQ Super Schools as the test standard. Once this audit is complete, the team will begin the process of designing a new curriculum model to address any gaps found in the audit.
