Coupling and Coupling Half (quick disconnect) - Mender, lightweight hose 6 inch, bolt-on type, Material: nipple and clamp: Aluminum alloy in accordance with ASTM 8, 26, 356-T6, Fasteners: Carbon steel coated with electrodeposited zinc in accordance with ASTM 8 633, type II, classification fe-zn-12; all components shall be compatible with Mogas, diesel and jp-4 through jp-8 fuels; maximum working pressure 150 psi; the hose fitting, when installed on the hose shall show no evidence of leakage, fitting movement or deformation when hydrostatically pressure tested to 225 psi for 1 minute; the hose mender shall slip easily into 6 inch lightweight hose (.09-.21 wall) in accordance with MIL-PRF-370.
