PRON: AX5F0432AX; NOUN: Coupling Half, Self-; NSN: 4730-01-538-6652; P/N: HM029-066-11; Min qty of 27 each and Max Qty of 387 each on a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 27 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 90 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Robertson Fuel Systems, L.L.C. (CAGE Code: 1T765) because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE).
