The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4730-01-152-8526, with two approved sources and part numbers. The FSC of this requirement is 4730. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for three years with two option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be an unrestricted acquisition with full & open competition after exclusion. The solicitation will be available on or about 1 February 2018 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. As part of the first destination transportation program, FOB origin and inspection/acceptance destination is required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
