Countywide Fleet Operations Review
The scope of this RFP is to address various facets of fleet operations within the County to
include whether or not the County should completely or partially outsource its fleet
operations. Specific areas of operation to be addressed in the study and final report for
each of the Countys various fleets should include, but not necessarily be limited to,
purchasing, make-ready and disposal; maintenance and repair; parts; fuel; and other
general fleet operations.
