The Santa Barbara County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) invites responses that offer to provide county-wide Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Youth Services for Out-of-School (OSY) eligible youth between the ages of 14 and 21. No more than 5% of the total youth served shall be youth ages 14-15.
