County-Level ESF-8 Hazard and Vulnerability Assessment
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from those parties that are
most capable of efficiently delivering 60 county and one tribal ESF-8 Hazard Vulnerability
Assessments. The program will fund the proposer that, in the sole judgment of MSDH, will best
be able to meet the aforementioned task according to the conditions, rules, and guidelines
established in this RFP.
