County Transit On-Vehicle Video Surveillance System

The County Transit is requesting bids for procurement and installation of on-vehicle video
surveillance system for their fleet of twenty (20) vehicles. Each vehicle will have a minimum of three
(3) infrared cameras and a minimum of two (2) microphones and the option to expand capacity to
four (4) cameras if needed in the future. The video will record during service hours and will be saved
for 180 calendar days (approximately 3,000 hours) on a hard drive based storage media for each
vehicle which can be easily accessed by the staff to review video as needed. The video will have time
and date stamp as well as GPS capabilities.
