County Solid Waste Management Annual Reporting
The County Board of County Commissioners will award a single contract for this project,
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ANNUAL REPORTING. The successful proposer will be required
to execute contract and submit a separate cost estimate matrix. However, for purposes of this RFP,
only one Contractor will be selected to complete the entire RFP project. The Selection Committee
will be responsible for considering all criteria when evaluating submittals.
Sumter County Public Works Division (PWD) is seeking consulting services to assist with the
preparation of the Solid Waste Management Annual Report. This report is due 1 November each
year, but will change to 1 April starting in 2013.
The proposal for the Solid Waste Management Annual Report is the focus of this contract and must
be submitted in the form of a "not to exceed amount" (NTE) based on the scope and deliverables
shown below, and estimated time and materials. It will be initiated via an NTP for the basic contract
to the winning proposer. If other assistance is needed, it will be developed in the form of a change
order once scope, price and time are negotiated.
