The County Board of Commissioners is soliciting for a qualifIed fIrm to design the Community Center and Park. The park may include, but not limited to, the following
amenities: a 51,168 square feet community center, outdoor walking/jogging track, little league
sized baseball fIelds, concession/restroom facility, multi purpose fIelds, tennis courts, and a
children's play area. Possible long-term amenities include hikinglbicycling trails and camping
sites.
