County Bee-Line System Transit Advertising
WCDOT is soliciting proposals ("Requests for Proposals" or "RFP") to enter into a three-year license agreement commencing January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013, with a County option to renew for an additional three-year period from qualified firms to market and manage advertising on the Bee-Line System using existing interior and exterior space set aside for this purpose. The exterior space available shall permit the use of traditional discrete advertising. Proposals to use ¿bus wraps¿ will not be entertained. The award of any contract pursuant to this RFP shall be made in the best interest of WCDOT. WCDOT is seeking innovative proposals that will guarantee substantial base revenue while allowing the WCDOT to participate in revenue growth as the program becomes successful.
