This requirement is for continued software development, maintenance, and training for the C-RAM C2 system. The period of performance is for 5 years. One base year and four option years. The anticipated contract type is cost plus incentive fee. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, this requirement is sole source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 1800 Glenn Curtiss Drive, Carson, CA 90746, CAGE Code 0J198. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
