Costume Repair and Storage
The Contractor shall create three (3) new costumes; Bobby B. Well, Ms. Milky and Pea Daddy. These will be close duplicates of the current character costumes. If possible, Ms. Milky shall be recreated with a machine washable body.
The Contractor shall store, clean, repair and maintain nine (9) mascot costumes, six (6) existing and three (3) new creations. The costumes must be cleaned after each use and repaired as needed. The Contractor shall coordinate with designated Partners in for the cleaning and maintenance of the costumes currently stored. The Contractor shall also create additional sets of the costume components, such as gloves and tights, to reduce the frequency of shipping in and out of Tucson.
The Contractor shall ground ship these mascot costumes to our partnering agencies statewide upon request and approval. These services shall be performed through September 30, 2010.
