Cost Recovery Services
The objective of this RFP is to procure experienced auditors/audit firms to determine
whether or not billings for our electrical and natural gas services were accurate and to
recover any overcharges paid by the Parish. Specific areas of concern may
include parish facilities, street lights, and traffic signals. Past payments made by
the Parish for electric service and natural gas service should be reviewed to
determine accuracy and to recover any overcharges with minimal support from parish
staff.
