Cost Recovery Services
The objective of this RFP is to determine whether electric service charges were
correct and accurate and to recover any overcharges paid by the City to Power &
Light Company. Specific areas of concern include City facilities, street lights, and traffic signals. Past payments made by the City for electric service should be reviewed to determine accuracy and to recover any overcharges with minimal support from City staff.
