Cost Per Reportable Results Immunoassay analyzer
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number VA248-14-Q-1090 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Base with Four (4) Options Periods contract. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced below. Required Delivery Date- July 1, 2014
Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination.
New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
