Cost Effectiveness Analysis
The Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform Advanced Choice and Cost Effectiveness Analysis and Simulation Modeling. The Department seeks the assistance of qualified firms to develop cost effectiveness models, and conduct statistical and econometric analysis and modeling of hourly interval data and various demographic attributes for residential customers.
