The County intends to select a firm to prepare a Full Cost Allocation Plan and an OMB Circular A-87 Cost Allocation Plan for three (3) fiscal years beginning in FY2012 with an option for two (2) additional one year extensions. The County’s fiscal year is October 1st through September 30th. Indirect cost rates developed from the Cost Allocation Plans shall be prepared at the Department level.
