Cost Allocation Plan Development
The County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to develop an annual cost allocation plan relative to participation by the County in federally funded programs. The plans will be developed from fiscal year 2009, 2010 and 2011 financial and programmatic data, records, and statements for charging in fiscal year 2011, 2012 and 2013. The plan is to be developed in accordance with applicable Federal standards, 2 CFR Part 225, formerly the standards set forth in U.S. Office of Management and Budget Circular A-87, Cost Principles for State and Local Governments
