Corridor Redevelopment Plan
The City is seeking professional planning services to prepare a corridor redevelopment plan, addressing future growth demands and the ability of the corridor to accommodate all facets of that new growth while integrating enhanced mobility, connectivity, and increased energy efficiency and conservation. Work products provided under this project will assist the City in successfully implementing components of the city’s sustainability plan (Phase I) and 2011 Economic Development Strategic Plan.
