Contextual Info: Work is a collaborative effort of six government entities, to develop regional cooperation in planning and development. City of Geneva and Harpersfield Township set up a Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) to engage the industrial development process in the area; this was the impetus for a joint planning process. Corridor is in the northwest section of Ashtabula County. Ashtabula County is at NE corner of Ohio; is the largest land area county in Ohio.
