The purpose of the Study has a land use focus: to analyze the current market conditions along the corridor, evaluate market potential, identify market opportunities and constraints, and provide recommendations to encourage a sustainable mix and intensity of land uses that support the Comprehensive Plan. This is not an economic development recruitment based study.
