Corridor Land-Use and Economic Development Study
The Council is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to develop land-use and transportation development recommendations for the K-7 corridor in Leavenworth and Wyandotte Counties in Kansas. The approach should provide an economic development strategy for the corridor, and recognize that the roadway facility may be in a transitional state from the current arterial/expressway configuration to a future freeway facility for a number of years. MARC intends to enter into a contract for a 12-month study period.
