Corridor Development Study
The Council is seeking to retain the creative, innovative and expert services of a qualified consultant or firm to develop land use and transportation development recommendations The approach should provide an economic development strategy for the corridor, and recognize that the roadway facility may be in a transitional state from the current arterial/expressway configuration to a future freeway facility for a number of years.
