Correspondence Tracking System
The Office is soliciting proposals for a contractor to install a Correspondence Tracking
System and customize it to meet the needs of the Office. The new tracking system must allow
accurate and efficient tracking of constituent correspondence and concerns, management of boards and
commissions, and must provide tools to manage the Governors calendar and incoming scheduling requests.
An offeror must include evidence in their proposal that demonstrates they possess a minimum of five (5)
years prior experience installing and customizing correspondence tracking systems for state or local
governments.
