Correctional Center Roof Repairs

Sealed bids for Wildwood Correctional Center Roof Repairs. This State funded project will be done in two phases; award of the Phase 2 work is dependent upon funding from the State Legislature in 2011. The Phase 1 work includes removing the roof system on the eastern half of Building (Grids 8 to 14, approx. roof area 8,140 square feet) and installing a new shingle roof system. In addition, a roof access hatch, access ladders, and fall protection system will be installed under Phase 1. The Phase 2 work will remove the roof system on the western half of Building (Grids 1 to 8, approx. roof area 8,140 square feet) and installing a new shingle roof system. Other work includes modifying a VTR, hot stack and paint exhaust stack, and installing a fall protection system.
