Correct USP 800 Deficiencies Omaha VA Clean Room
This is a pre-solicitation notice for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23), for a temporary compounding space for pharmacy that is USP 800 compliant at the Omaha VA facility, Omaha Nebraska. The temporary space will allow the re-construction of the inpatient pharmacy compounding space to meet USP 800 standards.
The NAICS cod for this procurement is 332311 with a size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation documents will be issued on/about June 11, 2019.
Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at melanie.stockman@va.gov no later than June 20, 2019. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
