Corporate and Special Interest Interference Website Engagement Tool
The organization seeks to create an interactive web-based engagement tool (challenge/game activity, animation, quiz, or something entirely different) that exposes the manners in which science has been misused, distorted or suppressed by special interests, and highlights ways in which the government protects us by showcasing examples from everyday life.
Goals:
• Give viewers a better understanding and appreciation of the many ways the government protects our health and environment and the ways that special interests misuse science to avoid regulation and maximize their profits at the public’s expense.
• Motivate users to take action for scientific integrity reform and against anti-regulatory proposals and other forms of inappropriate influence.
• Recruit new supporters to our list.
