Corporate Residential Rentals
The National Park Service, Alaska Regional Office, has a requirement for renting a fully furnished corporate-style residential unit beginning September 15, 2019. The base period is expected to be 6 months, with monthly options to extend up to one year total. A second unit is needed for 3 months, followed by optional month to month rental. Detailed information will be included in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be available at www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about August 23, 2019 with quotes due August 29, 2019.
The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 531110, size standard $27.5 million. Quoters must have a Unique Entity Identifier and be actively registered at www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) at the time of quote submission.
