Corporate Golf Management Solution
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
There are six (6) key considerations driving the decision to pursue the project. They are:
1. The need to replace the Citys existing management applications with a more
comprehensive and functionally rich software package.
2. A recognized need for an expanded, improved, and more focused non-proprietary reporting
solution.
3. A shift to the use of COTS technology for the divisions key applications to leverage vendor
support, better utilize internal IT capabilities, avoid technological obsolescence via
upgrades, and reduce overall risk.
4. Improve the overall flexibility and maintainability and support of the software by use of
configuration tools built into the new PRMS.
5. Full integration for reporting to PeopleSoft Financials.
6. Security, PCI compliance and the handling of monetary transactions.
