Copyright Office Hearing Room Upgrades
The US Copyright Office requires contract support to replace aging audio visual equipment in the Copyright Office Hearing Room with new equipment that will allow the users to connect wirelessly using their own equipment (laptop or mobile device) in a secure manner without breaching our production environment security. Copyright and LOC staff will use the government provided laptops to access the needed files for presentations. The system must have Pan/Zoom/Tilt Cameras, handheld mics, stationary mics and ceiling microphones, configured so staff can conduct teleconference meetings.
The period of performance is July 30, 2018 through November 30, 2018.
