This ITB is a call for competition to establish contracts for, copy services on an as-need basis. This solicitation includes certain environmentally preferable standards for routine orders, such as a standard for 100% PCF paper. Municipal Code 20.60.200 directs the City to pursue green products.
Currently, the City wide usage in the past twelve months has been approximately $528,000.00 for copy services.
Approximately 75% is spent on Black & White and 25% on Color copy.
