Copy Center
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to provide services of an on-site copy/sales center to be used by the County and the general public, as well as a contract for lease/maintenance of all copiers currently used by county departments and agencies, as well as a lease agreement for the operation of a copy center business in the County Administration Building and Conference Center. The copy center will provide duplicating and production services, as well as design and production of pamphlets, brochures, annual reports, and other documents for County Agencies, Departments and the general public as a retail copy/sales center, and could also serve as document management center.
