The Commission is seeking quotes for Copier Machines & Service. The service is to be provided on a year-round basis which includes State Fair and Non-State Fair times. Any inconsistency or ambiguity in this Contract and subsequent Lease Agreement shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) this RFQ SF1-10-472/Contract; (2) Attachments prepared by the Commission; (3) Contractor's response to RFQ SF1-10-472 and (4) Lease Agreement(s) between Contractor and the Commission.
