Copiers
The result of this bid will be a TERM contract for copier equipment. This contract is anticipated to begin January 1, 2010 and expire December 31, 2012. Each copier ordered from this contract shall have an initial term of 2 (two) years with the option to renew for 3 (three) additional years in 1(one) year increments or any portion thereof.
